Anee’s School holds Graduation Ceremony

The environs of the Anee’s Senior Secondary School, Mohali and Kharar wore a festive look with twinkling lights and a riot of balloons at the annual celebration. Students captivated the audience with their endearing and enthusiastic performance in a spectacular show. The show commenced with the lighting of the eternal lamp of knowledge by the chief guest Jathedar Ujagar Singh Badali. Students of class II welcomed the parents and paid salutations to MaSaraswati & presented Ganesh Vandana. On the other hand, the vibrant music, breathtaking colours and highly coordinated movement set the tone for various folk dances, where students performed the eye catching performances. Solo and group dances showing cultural diversity of India were also staged. The confidence level of the students was witnessed by the audience through their stage performances. The show was a sumptuous feast for the eyes and the ears and the music enthralled everyone to the fullest. Later, theme dances on various issues like girl child, corruption, drug addiction, environment protection were also presented that mesmerized the crowd. The cultural interlude concluded with enthusiastic and vibrant bhangra and giddha routines.

The show commenced with the lighting of the eternal lamp of knowledge by the chief guest Jathedar Ujagar Singh Badali. students of Class II welcomed the parents and paid salutations to Ma Saraswati & Ganesh Vandana.On the onther hand , the vibrant music, breath taking colours and highly coordinated movement set the tone for various folk dances ,where students performed the eye catching performance. Solo and group dances showing “cultural diversity of India” were also staged, in which, students were proud to being Indian as Indian Diversities of Dance ,Clothes,Food ,Religion and Eating Habits were presented on the stage showing Indian preferences of staying together and belief in brotherhood . Confidence level of the students was witnesses by the audiences while presenting the dances on the stage. The Show was a sumptuous feast for the eyes and the ears. Whole campus enthralled the audience to the fullest with the music.

Later, theme dances on various issues - girl child, corruption, drug addiction, save the mother earth were also presented. The theme based dance show enchanted and mesmerized the audience, though; other activities also attracted the audience .The cultural interlude concluded with enthusiastic and vibrant bhangra and gidha.

The chief guest honoured meritious students the Chairman C.A Aneet Goyal extended a vote of thanks.

On the occasion of Cancer Awareness Day, Anee's School Mohali, came forward to spread awareness against non-communicable disease "Cancer". Students participated enthusiastically in various activities like candle march, slogan, sketch, painting competition, activities for prevention and control of cancer, tobacco abuse, passive smoking, healthy lifestyle, balanced diet etc. Principal Harpreet Grewal gave a message that such awareness is important as cancer is the second leading cause of death and to lead healthy lifestyle and work towards society welfare.

STUDENTS CELEBRATE DIWALI

SAS Nagar: Anee's School at Kharar and SAS Nagar celebrated Diwali. Students instead of bursting crackers adopted innovative means to decorate earthen wares and candles.

These were later exhibited on the school campus and sold to the parents.

The unsold articles were purchased by the management.

The money collected at the exhibition would be spent to help underprivileged people. Besides , the students pledged not to burst fireworks in future to save the environment from pollution.

Aneet Goyal, Chairman of the school, said, " Diwali is sign of triumph of good over the evil. It teaches us to be good so we should burn the ill inside us to celebrate Diwali."

Anee's School Mohali and Kharar

Anee's School Kharar celebrated Grandparents Day at its campus showing their love and affection to their Grandparents, where students and their maternal and paternal parents made their presence felt by mixing up with students. The main motive of this program was to show warmth.

A cultural programme was also presented at the event, which was commenced by a welcome song for the grandparents to show gratitude towards grandparents. A highly appreciated dance show was performed by the students of the senior wing. Children also showed their love while speaking on this special day. Many games were organised for the grandparents which were main attraction of the function. Chairman, Aneet Goel said, " What children need most are the essentials that grandparents provide in abundance: they give unconditional love, patience, comfort and lessons in life. Lucky ones get chance to stay with their grandparents." He further appreciated the efforts of the staff and students.

Anee's School, Mohali and Kharar celebrated World Post Office Day, where students were given information about genesis of the postal services and its development. Apart from gaining this awareness, students also went to a Post Office to see and understand the nature of work there. Small kids also got to know how letters, telegrams are sent. Information about writing telegrams and pin numbers, ways of depositing and withdrawl of money was also given to them. Besides that students were also given knowledge of historical tickets too.

At this moment Aneet Goyal, chairman of Anee's Group of Schools said, " No doubt , in this era of technology, courier service and many other fast services are in trend so interest in sending letters has reduced nowadays. We took our children to the Post Office to bring them closer to their past so that students remember their past and golden time of postal services and can understand the value of the past, as present and future depends on it."

Cultural Mela at Anee’s School

Anee’s School organised a cultural Mela to give real information of their culture and heritage to its students.At  this  occasion Mr Aneet  Goel , Chairman ,Anee’s group of  Schools ,was Chief guest .The main motive of this fair was to give real picture of our diminishing culture so that they can keep in touch with their culture and heritage.To represent their culture children presented different  scenes of villages on stage , homes of villages Apart from that scene of marriage, festivals  and many more  enchanting scenes were staged to represent the real picture of culture and tradition of the region .

Different kind of traditional games were also played by pupils which are almost forgotten by the youngsters in this high-tech world where PSPO and video games has taken place of these traditional games . These games were entertaining and fascinating for students as well as spectators  .To enhance the beauty, scene of vasakhi was enacted and punjabi  folk dance bhangra and gidda was also performed.

On this occasion Principal of the school Ms. Harpreet Grewal said that Culture of Punjab is incredible and primitive .It is not good for us that youngsters of  today are forgetting their culture ,which was adopted by many others nations  .She further added modernism is need of the time but  modernism  and tradition should go hand in hand to progress if tradition is forgotten by any  country  then it may lost its identity.so we should keep  our children in touch  with our tradition and culture and this was an effort towards this issue .

Mr. Aneet  Goyal also lauded efforts of  students and teachers and was delighted to see that students of Anee’ s  school are modern but are in touch with their heritage and culture.
