Anee's School,sector 69, Mohali celebrated the tree plantation week
for saving environment with great zeal. The School also organized
collage making competition on this occasion . The saplings were planted
in two campuses of the Anees School, Mohali and Kharar.
Mr. Aneet Goyal, Chairman, Aneet Group of Schools inaugurated the
venture by planting a sapling. He said the dedication of teachers &
students for a great cause is laudable. He further told the audience
that if we do not plant trees in good number, then next generations will
have to face dire consequences in near future . He further motivated
the volunteers to ensure healthy growth of the plants, which would
beautify the surroundings as well as lead to a greener, more
eco-friendly and pollution-free environment.
He further said that we have to reiterate our commitment to the cause
of the mother earth and resolve to be more responsible and
eco-friendly. He also informed that there are millions of humans, plants
and animals that are at stake in this world and it is our duty to
safeguard each and every species to ensure a healthy and joyous future
for all of us.
On this occasion Madam Harjeet Grewal, Principal, Anees School
distributed plant saplings to all the staff members and the students, so
that they could contribute to build up a green clean environment. She
told the students and the staff to plant these samplings at their homes
or at such places where they can look after these plants properly and be
contented that they are contributing to making environment pollution
